Tuesday 5/23

10am – Trailers may begin to arrive.
8pm – Virtual C&C Meeting over Teams.

Wednesday 5/24

7:30 – Trailer Leaves Ithaca
7:45 – Pickup Panera lunch before meeting bus.
8:30 – Bus Departs A&E Loading Dock.  15’ stop at the Allentown service plaza for driver rest/ distribution of Panera.
12:30 – Trailer arrives in Camden. (Volunteers will help unload to rack space. Trailer gets parked across the course near the 1k mark.)
1:30 – Estimated arrival of bus.  Bus must park offsite. Bring all items needed to rig & row.
2:30 – Boat Weigh-In Reservation
3 – 4:30 – Row (practice window 3-7, “starts system” available 4-6)
4:45 – Bus to hotel for check in & quick showers.
5:50 – Bus to 6pm Dinner at Kitchen 519 (5’)– Call if we need to divert from this reserved time.
7:15 – Bus returns to hotel
9:00 – In rooms/ doors closed.

Thursday 5/25

6:30 – Breakfast @ hotel (open 6:30-9)
7:00 – Bus to course. Head official available at finish line for coxswain questions 7-8:30.
8 – 9:15 – Row. (Practice window 7-9:30, starts available 7:30-9:30).
9:30 – Bus from Course to Hotel (16-20’). Coaches’ grocery run for lunch items.
11:45 – Grocery Lunch at Hotel
12:00 – “Pre championships coaches administrative meeting over Teams”
1:30 – 2:45 – Breakout meetings.
2:45 – Bus from Hotel to Course (20’)
3:30 – 4:45 – Row (practice window 3:30-7).
5:00 – Bus to 5:15pm Dinner at Bistro at Haddonfield (10’) (They don’t take reservations but can accommodate us all divided into smaller tables.) **BG – Call to let them know we’ll be there earlier than 6.
6:15 – Bus returns from dinner to hotel. (16’)
9:00 – In rooms/ doors closed

Friday 5/26

6:00 – Breakfast @ hotel (open 7-9:30 – requested open at 6)
6:15 – Bus from hotel to course. (20’) Coxswains weigh in upon arrival.

8:24 – 2vH2 – Ithaca, Bates, Tufts, Lewis & Clark
8:36 – 1vH1 – Ithaca, Wellesley, Bates, Lewis & Clark

9:45 – Bus to hotel. (20’) Shower/ change.
11:00 – Grocery Lunch at Hotel
1:50 – Bus to Course. (20’)

5:15 – Bus from course to Wegman’s for dinner. (10’)
6:15 – Bus returns to hotel. (20’)

Saturday 5/27

7:30 – Breakfast @ hotel (open 7-9:30).  Check out of all rooms.

12:00 – Jersey Mike’s delivered to course.   Begin loading trailer.
12:45 – DIII Awards Ceremony
1:00 – Photos/ Finish Loading/ Finish Lunch.
1:30 – Bus from course to Asbury Park Boardwalk. (1h,20m)
3 – 6:30pm – Beach time. Restaurants, boardwalk, arcades in area.  Dinner on your own at the beach. Always keep a buddy with you & let teammates know where you’re going.
6:30pm – Bus from Asbury Park Boardwalk to Ithaca. (4h20m).  ETA to A&E 11pm.
