Race Notes:

The Head of the Charles is as chaotic as it is iconic.  Know your schedule & use the buddy system during your free time.  Mentally prepare for long dock lines, stop-and-go traffic during the warmup, and excellent crowds.

Always aim to be an informed & assertive, but courteous competitor.  Your behavior & language on this course is very visible/ audible to spectators and officials.

Bring layers for hours of being outdoors at the racecourse as well as your usual race uniform & dry layers for after. The forecast this weekend is VERY RAINY.

**Alumni Gathering 4pm Saturday at The Bell In Hand Tavern – 45-55 Union St, Boston, MA 02108

Travel safely & look out for each other.
